- Information you give us — when you submit the quote form, email, call or message us on WhatsApp: your name, company, phone number, email, city, GSTIN (if provided) and the details of your enquiry.
- Technical information — our hosting provider may log standard server data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and performance.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes.
- To process orders, issue invoices and provide installation, training and support.
- To send renewal reminders related to licences you bought from us.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
Third-party services
Our contact form sends your enquiry by email using FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and can open WhatsApp (operated by Meta) with your message pre-filled. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. When we order software licences on your behalf, we share the details required to register the licence with the software publisher. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy.
Retention & security
We keep enquiry and customer records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and take reasonable measures to protect them.
